A Wonderfully Wonderful Week

To all of the Chi Delta Phollowers,
  
     I would like to take this time to update you on what has been going on with the Chi Delt sisters because there was indeed a lot going on last week. First of all, on Thursday night five sisters tore up the lanes bowling after raising over $1000 in a mere 3 week span for IU's Bowl For Kids' Sake that helps raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Also on Saturday night we presented a Powerpoint to MCGC, IU's Multi-Cultural Greek Council, in the hopes of becoming members and an official sorority on IU's campus. Our acceptance will be put up to a vote this week so fingers crossed! Finally, on Saturday evening the sisters of Chi Delta Phi made their sisterhood official at initiation. It was a very special time coming together before each other and before God for similar reasons and to fulfill similar purposes. We have marked history as the Alpha chapter of Chi Delta Phi and look forward to a promising future! After initiation we enjoyed a wonderful dinner that some of the Beta Sigs helped serve. A great thanks goes out to everyone who helped make our initiation such a success and a night we'll never forget! I hope everyone has a wonderful week and I'll continue to keep you posted on the going-ons of Chi Delta Phi!
